I broadcast every week live on Silk 106.9fm Saturdays 10am – 2pm and I’m also the cover presenter for Breakfast, Mid Morning and Drive Time on both Silk 106.9fm and Dee1063.com
Broadcasting live on Drive Time Silk 106.9fm
Silk 106.9fm is an Independent Local Radio serving Macclesfield and parts of East Cheshire, owned and operated by neighbouring station Dee 106.3. It broadcasts a mix of current and classic hits alongside local news and sport.
Susan has three keen interests – Daniel Craig, dogs & white chocolate, the order varies!
Having worked in comedy for several years- her tongue remains firmly in her cheek in her approach to life and you can expect to hear her quirky stories – the good, the bad and the definitely not so pretty in exchange for yours! (Susan’s nosey and not afraid to ask!).
She loves to sing along with you to the songs (we’ve asked her to limit this on air) and loves a darn good dance (ask the webcam team, awkward!)
Susan is a woman on a mission to make your day better than finding a forgotten fiver in your jeans, and hopes you’ll join her (and spend the fiver on white chocolate and drop it off at the studio!).
